China's national football team has announced a 24-player roster for the upcoming 2023 AFC Asian Cup and 2026 FIFA World Cup Asian qualifiers.
New head coach Aleksandar Jankovic, who was appointed last Friday, has notably called up Wu Lei and Ai Kesen, who is currently a free agent after parting ways with Brazilian club Gremio in January.
The team will hold training camps in Haikou, Hainan Province and New Zealand from March 1 to 27, with former internationals Shao Jiayi, Zheng Zhi and Chen Tao serving as assistant coaches.
