<p style="MARGIN: 0px 3px 15px">The two-seater Cessna 152 plane with tail number RP-C8598 took off on Tuesday morning and was supposed to land at Tuguegarao City Airport in Cagayan province at around 12:30 p.m. but failed to make it, said media reports.</p>
<p style="MARGIN: 0px 3px 15px">The reports said that a pilot and a student of Indian nationality were on board the plane.</p>
<p style="MARGIN: 0px 3px 15px">The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines has yet to confirm the report.</p>
