The China Soong Ching Ling Foundation (CSCLF) curated a cultural immersion activity at the China Soong Ching Ling Science & Cultural Center for Young People (CSCLSCCYP) in honor of International Children's Day on June 1. This vibrant event assembled over 500 families from almost 20 countries, including Pakistan, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Thailand, and others, allowing them to observe this child-centric day in tandem with their Chinese counterparts.

The celebration was thoughtfully organized, offering a diverse assortment of both indoor and outdoor activities. The recently inaugurated Children's Science Park, nestled beside the scenic Bayi Lake, transformed into an enchanting playground for children from China and across the globe. Children engaged in an array of colorful games, scientific experiments, and interactive activities.

Traditional arts and crafts such as spinning tops and sugar figurine crafting added a cultural touch, immersing the children in cherished Chinese leisure activities. In addition, a spellbinding scientific experiment show brought their imaginative childhood dreams to life. A Chinese traditional clothing show particularly stood out, with children sporting costumes from different dynasties, thus showcasing the rich heritage of Chinese culture.

Complementing the outdoor activities, the Future Theater within the center presented a ballet performance titled "Peter Rabbit." The Chuang Space, with its seven zones, offered a plethora of over 100 activities, such as making the rattle drum and building wind turbines. Meanwhile, the Meng Space, encompassing six zones, charmed participants with over 100 activities, including syrup painting, face painting, and crafting filigree mosaic artworks.
